1 / 1
MY EDITING PROCESS, MADE SIMPLE.

Step 1

Initial Image Submission:

The photographer (client) will upload the image files to a designated cloud storage or via a secure link (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.). The client may include any specific instructions or editing preferences (e.g., style, color tone, etc.).

Sample Images: Before I proceed with the full gallery, I'll carefully edit a selection of sample images to confirm the editing style meets client expectations.

Step 2

Review & Approve Sample EditS:

I will send the client 3-5 edited sample images for review. This is an opportunity to give feedback and ensure we're on the right track before I edit the entire gallery.

Feedback & Adjustments: If needed, i'll make any necessary revisions based on client feedback.

Once the sample edits are approved, i'll begin working on the full gallery.

Step 3

Delivery of Edits:

The client will receive a final set of JPEG images, along with a Lightroom Catalogue OR album access to edit and export via Lightroom (Cloud version) containing all the edits and adjustments made to the images. This allows the photographer to maintain full access to their work, including metadata, edits, and settings.

Step 4

FINAL REVIEW:

After receiving the edited gallery, the client will have a one time final review. During this time, the client can request any last-minute adjustments or revisions.

Please note: Only minor tweaks are allowed at this stage, such as exposure or cropping adjustments. Major changes (e.g., completely re-editing a set of images) will be subject to additional fees.

STEP 5

Payment & Contract:

Payment: Once the final review is complete, you'll have the opportunity to finalize payment before we deliver the final files.

Contract: A one time contract will be required to ensure clear expectations on both sides for the duration of our working relationship. This contract will cover things like payment terms, deadlines, and any other important details to ensure a smooth editing process. It will be valid for the entirety of our collaboration and is to be signed before work commences.
